Chef Ming Tsai of Blue Ginger restaurant in Wellesley, MA, stopped by the TODAY Show to give Kathie Lee and Hoda a lesson on rolling sushi. Included at the end of the segment is the Lemonade Ginger Soju Cocktail made with TY KU Soju, a great compliment to homemade sushi!
